A woman and a baby were in the Doctor's examining room, waiting for the doctor to provide baby's very first physical exam.

The Doctor arrived, examined the baby and spent a few extra moments checking the baby's weight. He became concerned with the baby's weight and asked if the baby was breast-fed or bottle-fed.

"Breast-fed" the woman replied.

"Hmmmm" The Doctor gravely said. "Please strip down to your waist. I need to examine you as well"

She did.

The Doctor pinched her nipples, then pressed, kneaded and rubbed both breasts for awhile in a very detailed examination.

Motioning her to get dressed, he said: "No wonder this baby is underweight! You don't have any milk!"

"I know" the woman replied, buttoning her blouse. "I'm his Grandma, but I'm glad I came".
