This is a phishing attack. There is a link below that claims to go
to a Citi Bank server. It does not. Where it really goes is
http://202.85.146.119:8081/citibusinessonline.da-us.citibank.com.cgi-bin.refresh.g8913b-u99912908662ba.update.db.ls351-srv00012938383199867.bin/cbusol/signon.do.htm?ao=f&REF=31897
It's specific. It's going to demand your user name and pin number.
If you comply you have given some one unlimited access to your bank
account.
