FIESTA RICE

1 can (7 oz.) Or 1 cup Ortega Mild Green Chile Salsa
1 1/4 cups water
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup uncooked rice
1 cup (4 oz) shredded Jack or Longhorn cheese

In saucepan, mix salsa, water, salt and rice. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, covered, 20-25 minutes or until rice is tender. Serve with cheese. Serves 6.
