- Parmesan Cheese: 1½ cups freshly grated
- Melt the butter.
- Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes..
- Add garlic and cheese.

- Parmesan Cheese: ¼ cup grated
- Salt and Pepper: to taste (ideally white pepper)

- Remove from heat.
- Butter: whisk in the 1 tablespoon at a time.
- The cream should thicken and turn glossy.
- Cheese: stir in now.
